Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Process Optimization Specialist to analyze, improve, and standardize operational workflows across digital products and business systems.
In this role, you will work closely with operations managers, product specialists, data analysts, and technical teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop practical solutions that improve operational performance.
You will evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and support the implementation of process improvements that reduce unnecessary complexity and improve consistency.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with practical experience in business process management and understands how digital technologies can support efficient, scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and digital workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation to support process transparency and standardization.
- Evaluate operational performance using relevant KPIs, workflow metrics, and business data.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and technical teams to design and implement process optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and support the integration of automation tools into operational systems.
- Monitor process performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Develop recommendations for reducing manual work, improving resource allocation, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Support the standardization of operational procedures across teams and digital platforms.
- Work with data analysts to improve reporting processes and operational performance visibility.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on digital transformation and operational scalability.
- Identify operational risks and recommend preventive measures to improve process reliability.
- Maintain process documentation, optimization reports, and implementation guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on operational feedback, performance data, and changing business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business process optimization, digital operations, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business process management, workflow analysis, and operational improvement methodologies.
- Experience mapping and documenting business processes using flowcharts, BPMN, or similar approaches.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of digital product operations, workflow automation, and cross-functional business processes.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple optimization initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Understanding of CRM systems, digital platforms, and operational data flows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience participating in digital transformation or business process automation projects.
- Familiarity with API integrations and the principles of system interoperability.
