About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Journey Optimization Specialist who can help businesses better understand how users interact with digital products and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
In this role, you will work with behavioral data, customer journey analysis, and performance insights to uncover friction points across digital experiences. You will collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to transform user behavior data into actionable recommendations that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer journeys across websites, applications, and digital platforms
- Identify conversion bottlenecks, drop-off points, and engagement opportunities
- Develop hypotheses aimed at improving customer experience and business outcomes
- Monitor user behavior through analytics platforms and customer feedback
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams on optimization initiatives
- Support A/B testing programs and evaluate experiment results
- Track customer engagement, retention, and conversion metrics
- Document customer journey maps and optimization opportunities
- Contribute to strategic decisions using behavioral and performance data
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience, CRO, digital analytics, product analytics, or related fields
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user behavior analysis
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Knowledge of conversion optimization methodologies and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap
- Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing
- Knowledge of SaaS, eCommerce, or digital product environments
- Experience supporting growth, retention, or lifecycle optimization initiatives
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- SQL knowledge is considered a plus
